Some feedback regarding the sale of my property:
I was very happy with the service provided by Daniel Veronese and Lewis Realty in general.
My preference was for a private sale in the current climate, and talking to other real estate agents did not change my mind.
I chose Lewis because I liked their approach, and felt that they were straightforward and ethical. There were no hidden costs, and no unnecessary advertising costs (the type of people who would be genuinely interested in my house would be looking on the internet). Daniel put in the time, and was very helpful.
My property was sold in 3 weeks at a price that I was happy with, which is very good for the current market. During that time Daniel kept me up to date with feedback from the inspections, so I always knew what was happening with the sale.

We have been very happy with the outstanding service provided by Daniel Veronese and the team at Lewis Realty, both from the perspective as a vendor and buyer. We first me Daniel when looking to buy a new home and were impressed with his genuine approach which stood out from other real estate agencies we have encountered. Rather than feeling like just another customer, Daniel's personalized service and sincere manner made a refreshing change to other agents we had dealt with previously. The Lewis approach to customer service struck the right balance - helpful advice and guidance where appropriate without being pushy.
Being the sale of our first home we weren't experienced as vendors and not sure what to expect. We met with a number of agents before signing with Lewis. The commission was a bit more than other agents, but we liked the fact that advertising cost were built into the fee and there were no hidden extras. The whole sales process was very transparent and Daniel kept us regularly informed. Our home sold in just over two weeks and for more than 20k above the current market value which was a lovely bonus! Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel, he was always very obliging and any questions or requests were attended to promptly and efficiently.
While there were initial reservations regarding the Lewis approach, which is without the flashy sales campaigns of some other agencies, their style clearly works and gets great results. We were vey pleased not only with the outcome in selling our home, but also the purchase of our new home through Lewis.

I had my investment property for sale for many months, with another agent. Eventually I decided to change Agents beacause of the lack of service and feedback I recieved.
I called Daniel at Lewis Realty to appraise my property. Even though I felt comfortable with him and his suggested approach, I was initially reluctant to sign up with him. His fee was 1% higher than my existing agent.
The feedback was regular, the service given to me actually showed me that I was an important client.
Daniel drove from Coburg to Rye in order to facilitate a successful sale. The previous agent was reluctant to drive from Coburg to Fawkner to give me face to face feedback.

I would very gladly recommend Daniel Veronese, and the agency he works with, Lewis Realty, to any person wanting to sell their home for the highest price possible.
